Dr. Roy Chen was the best traditional Chinese doctor I have ever met ! Me and my mom have seen many Chinese traditional doctors before, None of them worked. !I have severe dysmenorrhea (painful period), it s been bothering me for the past 15 years and nothing will work when the cramp comes. With Dr. Roy Chinese herb medicine, I can actually function the whole day without passing out.

I do routine acupuncture treatments with Dr. Roy three times a week, I feel so much better than before. I fell out of bed one morning and broke one of my ribs, and hurt my back really bad. The pain was excruciating! Other doctors said there's nothing I can do but just rest in bed and let the bone recovery slowly. I'm still recovering, but I can finally lift stuff and going to work at the third week. I did acupuncture, cupping and Moxibustion together as a combo, I also took Chinese medicine at the same time. I'm already a regular client of his. He has fair prices and is very good, no wonder why he has so many reviews.
Dr. Roy is a very experienced physician in Chinese medicine. I was in his weight loss regiment sessions since April and we worked together to lose approx 35lb. My BMI has dropped from 31 to 25 (from obese to normal weight). He is very patient and encourages me not to give up throughout the weight loss regiment.
Dr. Chen is an amazing physician in Chinese medicine and I have been coming to him ever since I was recommended by my peers. He is a highly knowledgeable professional that listens to my concerns and sensitive to my needs. When I first saw him for my neck and back spasms, he explained his course of treatment and plan that he would provide for me. His technique of cupping and needle placement made my condition diminish and helped relax my whole body! I also have indigestion problems (abdominal pain, nausea ) which I explained to him and his methods have alleviated all my symptoms. I strongly encourage other to seek him for a holistic/eastern medicine approach that helps you feel great!
Dr. Chen is incredible, I highly recommend DAO Acupuncture Clinic. This was my first time trying acupuncture. I was suffering from sharp abdominal pain for over 2 weeks. I went to visit my primary medical physician and was prescribed medication for pain and nausea, however the symptoms continued to persist. My co-worker recommended that I visit DAO acupuncture. I was a bit apprehensive and skeptical at first since I have never done acupuncture before, but after visiting Dr. Roy Chen, I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of this therapy. Dr. Chen was quick to diagnosis my problem and quickly treated me with his skilled needle placement. I was somewhat worried about the pain from the needle punctures, however there was minimal discomfort during the procedure. Most importantly, after my visit, my symptoms quickly diminished and haven't returned since. I'm a graphic designer, so I have pretty bad neck and shoulder pain from constantly using computer and cell phone I felt amazing only after the first time I had Electro Acupuncture with Dr.Roy, I almost fell asleep! He told me to keep doing Acupuncture for four more times and I also need to always watch my posture. I'll go in for my next treatment soon! Great Acupuncturist!
